- Data centre: US sign-ups normally use Zoho's US data centre (zoho.com), which Zoho lists in Quincy and Dallas. We confirm yours before we start.
- One country per Books organisation: if you also sell in Canada, we plan this with your accountant.
- Currency and formats: USD base currency, US date and address formats.
- Licences: Zoho shows US prices on its own site; cost depends on app, plan and users. See Zoho CRM pricing, Zoho Books US pricing and Zoho One pricing. You can buy licences directly from Zoho or through Infobyd — we resell Zoho licences in your country too.
- Our invoices: billing currency for our services, in USD — we bill in your local currency.

How do meetings work between India and the USA?
Our office hours are 10:00 am – 7:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday. The overlap with the US working day is short, so we plan it.

Eastern Time (New York, Atlanta): our office day is 12:30 am – 9:30 am EDT during US daylight saving (8 March – 1 November 2026), and 11:30 pm – 8:30 am EST in winter. So an early-morning call, around 8:00 – 9:00 am Eastern, fits inside our office hours.

Central, Mountain and Pacific Time: our day ends at 8:30 am CDT (Chicago, Dallas), 7:30 am MDT (Denver) and 6:30 am PDT (Los Angeles) in summer — one hour earlier in winter. Arizona stays on MST all year.

For these zones, a live call slot means our team works outside normal office hours (our team is available for calls from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm IST, so we can fix a slot that suits you).
