In this video we will show you how to create a new custom field in Zoho Desk

2. Click Setup Icon

Sign into your Zoho Desk account and click Setup(S) Icon.

3. Click List of Fields

In the Setup Landing page, click List of Fields under Customize.

4. Select Module

In the List of Fields page, click the desired Module.

5. Click Add Field Icon

Click the Add Field icon in the upper right area.

6. Select Required Field Type

In the Create Custom Field page, Select Field Type.

7. Enter Fields Details

Name the field and define the Field Properties as required for the field

8. Click Save

Click on Save button

9. New Custom Field Created

Congratulations! You have successfully Created a New Custom Field in Zoho Desk
